Do You Want to Know Some Secrets About Your Health?

Did you know that we have more control over our health and well-being than you have probably ever realised?

From a young age we learn that when we are ill our body has malfunctioned in some way and that to get better we need to seek medical intervention and take synthetic medication.  What if there was another way…..a healthy way, a way that educates you, that brings more balance into your life, that helps you understand your body more, would you take it?

That’s what I did some years ago.  Our current way of dealing with health  matters had never made sense to me, I couldn’t understand why our bodies would would get ill for no apparent reason.  It is widespread knowledge that conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a stress related condition, but what if other illnesses came about due to stress or our perception of events?  Now this would make more sense and sure enough, I found out this knowledge was already out there and I set about training into this very area of connection between Mind and Body.  I found out how specific stress triggers, emotions and beliefs impact specific organ tissue resulting in various health conditions.

This process gives you awareness of your body’s intelligence; in particular your stress triggers, emotions and beliefs which impact your organ tissue resulting in these symptoms.   With this knowledge you then have a focus for self-healing and personal growth.

Fed Up

People are fed up taking synthetic medication for issues such as anxiety, depression, medication or other health issues.  Often the side effects can be as bad, or even worse, than the condition itself, leaving people no hope, no idea how to get help and feeling at a loss as to how to help themselves.  This is usually the point at which people come to me but now I want to encourage people to look after their health before it becomes an issue.

How To Use This Knowledge

I prefer to be proactive rather than reactive whenever possible, which is why I created a series of workshops which provides you with the overall understanding of that mind-body connection.  I will be running these workshops for the second time very soon.  This is an opportunity to start the New Year with a proactive approaching to being health. Along with the information I will share with you during the workshops, you will gain many tools to enable you to be proactive with your health as well as have opportunity for “me” time – something many of us fail to achieve.  Time to reflect on life, what positive changes you can make to your life to give you a happier, healthier future.
