Night Terrors & Nightmares

Night terrors and nightmares are a result of unresolved issues within the subconscious.  My experience suggests that both have a root cause.  Using subconscious therapies, such as hypnotherapy, is not just the obvious solution but a great solution.

What is happening in your subconscious to cause these issues to run through your mind at night time is unique to you.   It can be stressful to experience these, which can leave you both exhausted and traumatised the next day.

Sleep is so fundamental to our wellbeing and naturally you want to go to bed feeling relaxed.  You do not want to worry about having to re-run horrible dreams again and again.
