There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach for anxiety, which is why it is important to have a toolbox of techniques but also working through root causes. Anxiety is an area I have had great success with and this course includes many of my personal scripts and a variety of techniques but also guides you through that all important first client session where you gather valuable information.
